Design and R&D capabilities
The company has 4 engineering and technical personnel engaged in R & D and design, mainly responsible for product development and design, years of R & D engineering has accumulated rich design experience, the application of Auto CAD, CAM, Cimatron E11 to complete the product, mold design, can achieve synchronous development with customers.
New product development
New product development implements project management, so that the quality, construction period and cost of new product development can be effectively controlled. The members of the development team have mastered and applied APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, APQP and other quality planning and control tools. Product characteristics and potential failures can be effectively identified from the early stage of design, and through effective control and continuous improvement, the quality of products can continue to meet customer requirements.
Products exported to Japan have passed the EU RoHS2 environmental protection test. And in September 2017, all products were produced using environmentally friendly materials.
The performance of Volkswagen engine bushing products developed and designed by the company has passed the testing of SGS and Volkswagen, and has been supplied in series.
